对于Feead reader工具我相信很多人都应该都比较熟悉，它是最早的个人桌面版RSS订阅工具，今天我们要介绍的就是Feead reader的一款Chrome浏览器中的RSS阅读插件，通过RSS Feed Reader插件用户可以快速地订阅相关网站的最新内容。

首先来普及一下什么是RSS? Really Simple Syndication“聚合真的很简单”就是RSS的英文原意。把新闻标题、摘要（Feed）、内容按照用户的要求，“送”到用户的桌面就是RSS的目的.RSS(Really Simple Syndication)是一种描述和同步网站内容的格式，是使用最广泛的XML应用.

RSS Feed Reader插件下载安装

1. 如果你能够打开chrome应用商店，并且可以找到RSS Feed Reader插件，那么直接点击“添加至chrome”。

2.如果你的chrome应用商店无法打开，你从本站或者其他途径获得了RSS Feed Reader插件，那么就选择离线安装该插件。由于RSS Feed Reader插件同其他chrome插件一样都是CRX格式的，所以具体的安装方法请参照：怎么在谷歌浏览器中安装.crx扩展名的离线Chrome插件？ 如果CRX格式插件不能离线安装怎么办？
3.安装本站给出的离线安装CRX格式chrome插件的方法，松开鼠标就可以把当前正在拖动的插件安装到谷歌浏览器中去，但是谷歌考虑用户的安全隐私，在用户松开鼠标后还会给予用户一个确认安装的提示。

4.用户这时候只需要点击添加按钮就可以把该离线Chrome插件安装到谷歌浏览器中去，安装成功以后该插件会立即显示在浏览器右上角（如果有插件按钮的话），如果没有插件按钮的话，用户还可以通过Chrome扩展管理器找到已经安装的插件。

1.RSS Feed Reader这款插件可以在Chrome浏览器中添加多个订阅源，如果这些RSS源有内容更新的时候，用户会在Chrome右上角的RSS Feed Reader插件的按钮上的小图标来看到更新了多少内容，这个更新量会以所有RSS源的更新数量的总和显示在插件按钮中。

2.在点击RSS Feed Reader插件的按钮以后，用户会查看一个弹出窗口，在这个窗口中用户会看到一个RSS列表，这些都是用户自己添加的RSS源，其中列表的右侧会显示一些数字，这些表示该网站更新的内容多少，如果没有数字代表网站没有更新。

3.马上熟练使用RSS Feed Reader的方法也非常简单，总共可以概括为如下四个步骤：

　　1.点开RSS Feed Reader插件按钮来启动RSS订阅窗口。

　　2.在窗口中查看各大订阅网站的更新情况。

　　3.右键点击一个RSS订阅源的列表，用户可以选择直接到网站上去查看，也可以选择把当前网站标记为已读，或者是直接清楚该网站的更新提醒。这些功能会以右键菜单的形式显示出来，用户可以分别使用不同的方法来操作。

　　4.查看相应的RSS详细内容，或者是直接忽略RSS Feed Reader的提醒。

4.界面简洁美观，导航清晰、操作方便。国际化支持良好，虽然对我没用，但其它几款不支持。opml导入支持太优秀了（相对于我以前用过的所有RSS阅读器）
5.当RSS Feed Reader显示的RSS源更新的内容非常多的时候，用户也许只能看到一个【New】选项而看不到真正的更新条数，但是即使是这样用户也可以采用上述介绍的操作流程读取自己喜欢的RSS订阅内容。
